Translation Agency for Translating Brochures and Manuals Directly in InDesign

You can request a free quote without obligation by e-mailing the InDesign document to us. If your document is too large for e-mail, you can contact us and we will send you a secure link for uploading your text to us. You will receive a price quote once one of our project managers has reviewed the text.
If you approve our offer, we will start translating in InDesign and send you the translation at the agreed time.
Many clients send us a PDF print of the InDesign text. We can translate these PDFs and deliver them in Word. However, this is not efficient, since you will have to convert the translation back to InDesign. A printing company or (external) designer may do this for you. Either way, it will cost you extra money or time. If you can send us your InDesign file, you will receive the translation in InDesign. This saves you or your printing company a lot of copy and paste work.
You only need to adjust the layout upon receiving the translation. This is because the text becomes longer or shorter when translating into most languages, whereby the text shifts in relation to the text in the original document.
Since we work with experienced layout professionals, we can also handle the layout tasks for you. This will allow you to use your document right away!
You can request a quote by filling in the quote request form on the right, or you can e-mail the texts to us directly.
